By creating an account or using SamaContest, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
Give accurate information and keep your password secure — you're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; don't share or transfer it. You must be at least 13, or have a parent/guardian's consent if you're a minor where you live.
2. Competitions
Each contest may have its own rules (deadlines, eligibility, judging, prizes) — those apply in addition to this page. Play fair: no collusion outside allowed team rules, no exploiting bugs or manipulating scores, no reverse-engineering private test data. We can correct scoring errors or disqualify submissions that break the rules. Prize winners may need to verify their identity and complete tax forms.
3. Your submissions
You keep ownership of the strategies, code, and data you submit. You give us permission to store, run, and display them — to operate the platform, evaluate contests, check for fraud, and reasonably promote SamaContest (e.g. announcing winners). You confirm you have the rights to submit what you submit, and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.
4. Fair use
Don't misuse the platform: no attacking or overloading our systems, scraping private data, impersonating others, or reselling access without our written permission.
5. Our content
The SamaContest platform, branding, and any data or tools we provide are ours (or licensed to us) — use them only as intended by these terms or a contest's own rules.
6. No guarantees
The service is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, or that results and leaderboard scores are error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited, and we're not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be posted here or emailed to you; continuing to use SamaContest after that means you accept the update.
